Appointments on other nail techs’ work - I do not offer services on work completed by other nail technicians. Please ensure you attend your first appointment with bare, natural nails. If you arrive with existing product from another nail technician, your appointment may be cancelled. Late arrivals - Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late will be automatically cancelled, as I want to ensure every client receives their full appointment time. If it is your first visit, please allow yourself extra time to find the salon. Cancellations & No-Shows - A strict cancellation policy is in place. Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, will incur a 50% fee of the booked service price, which must be paid before rebooking. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. Children - To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, I kindly ask that babies and toddlers do not attend appointments.
